The Wellness Campus has accepted the challenge to change these statistics. Healthy eating and moderate to vigorous exercise are vital components to maintaining a healthy weight and decreasing the risk of developing pre diabetes.
We offer exercise programs that are fun, utilizing both pool and gym to expose children to the benefits of an active life. Nutrition and cooking classes are available for both pool and gym to expose children to the benefits of an active life.
