Get ready for an exciting culinary experience that provides your child with the skills necessary to prepare and maintain, a healthy and well-balanced diet!
Our staff of health professionals will provide students with introductory cooking skills and techniques while teaching the essentials of proper nutrition. Students will take part in a hands-on experience resulting in a fun, and creative atmosphere! With a maximum class size of 12 students, your child will receive a very engaging, and interactive experience with our staff and their friends!
Classes are divided into 2 age groups, ages 8-12 and ages 13+. This offers your child the advantage of personalized instruction with peers of similar ages and skill levels. Proper nutrition is the foundation for leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
Our goal, is providing your child with the knowledge, and the practical skills to recognize and make healthy nutritional decisions.
