Exercising made FUN!!!                                                    Ages 8-13 years old

Summer "Sport" Camp is an exercise program centered around the ABCS (Agility, Balance, Coordination, Strength) of fitness. Activities are geared toward sport specific skills and conditioning while still having FUN! (Football, Basketball, Golf, Soccer, Baseball, Volleyball)

Activities include both gym and pool sessions. Aerobic exercise and water games ( soccer, Frisbee, snorkeling) during the pool sessions add an exciting twist to traditional fitness training!

The program will run weekly Tuesday - Thursday from June 13th – August 15th, 2017.

We will be closed the week of July 3rd- 7th.

 

Rates:  AM Program          8:00a – 12:00p           $75/wk

            PM Program          1:00p – 5:00p             $75/wk
