Aquatic FIT-CAMP

This is a 60 minute FUN pool workout. Buoyancy in the pool puts a whole new spin on working out. Exercising in water has the benefits of less stress on joints while improving core strength.  Our personal trainers will guide the participants through a variety of activities and games that will ensure a good cardio workout as they cover the “ABCS” (agility, balance, coordination, strength) of fitness.  

FITNESS ABC'S

Agility:

the quality of ready ability to move

with quick easy grace.

Balance:

the ability to move or to remain in a position without losing control.

Coordination:

the harmonious functioning of parts for effective results.

Strength:

the quality or state of being strong;

capacity for exertion or endurance.
